Worldwide Country Properties advises an international clientele on the purchase, sale and succession of large rural and natural properties. We only represent land we have walked ourselves.
Our principles
Three principles, since our very first instruction

Discretion
Many of our sellers would rather not see their estate in a shop window. Every brochure is shared under a confidentiality agreement.

Knowledge of the land
We visit every property on foot, and in season. We read a hunting plan, a water right or an agricultural lease before we talk about price.

The long term
Land passes down through generations. We stay at our clients' side after completion: management, gamekeepers, neighbours.

Faces, not a switchboard
