Recipients
Your data is never sold or transferred. It is accessible only to the agency’s advisers dealing with your enquiry, in our offices in Belgium, Spain and Italy, and to our technical processors: website hosting, contact management tool ([to be completed]) and newsletter mailing tool ([to be completed]).
If any of these providers processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may at any time access your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing, object to its processing or request its portability. Simply write to frederic@worldwidecountryproperties.com; we reply within one month.
